entity dependent on the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

 

The intellectual property of the design of the APP corresponds to YoHome real estate SL

in accordance with RD 1/1996 of April 12.

Published the NATIONAL BRAND registration in the Official Bulletin of Industrial Property

(BOPI)  according to the provisions of art. 18 of Law 17/2001, on Trademarks,

(BOE No. 294, of December 8).

​

Consequently, in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of art. 20 remembers

the FULL CONCESSION of the registration requested.
